Special Story...

Not that everyone of my clients doesn't have a special story, but this is one that really touches my heart. One of my classmates/friends from college & her husband were blessed with adopting this beautiful little girl this past winter.

I don't really know all the details of adoptions, but it is my understanding that after a certain time period, the adoption is final/final. Well, the "C" family had gotten the word that the adoption was final & so they brought baby "M" up to North Dakota to meet all of her friends & family.
They had a wonderful open house for everyone & then after the party, the "C" family asked me to take some family photos for them.

Ok...there is a funny little inside story with this next photo. As all parents know, we will do anything to get our children to laugh/smile. Well, I am in the middle of taking photos & David, the dad, is behind me saying that if he howls, baby "M" starts to giggle. I told David, I would like hear this howl....so he proceeded to show me. :)

Then when I was going thru the photos, I got to this one & just started giggling...I think baby "M" is learning from her father. :)
